New7Wonders team celebrates campaign success

New7Wonders Munich-based team

The Munich-based New7Wonders team recently celebrated its role in bringing the New7Wonders of Nature campaign to a successful conclusion with a festive evening in the Bavarian capital. The hectic weeks leading up to the final day of voting on 11.11.11 were recalled, and the achievement of maintaining the 24/7 campaign across the world was toasted.

After thanking the team members for their commitment to the campaign, Bernard Weber, Founder-President of New7Wonders, added: “We salute all the great New7Wonders of Nature champions and voters around the world, and we want you to know that we have been thinking about you and wish that you will be able to celebrate with us when we visit for the Inauguration of the New7Wonders of Nature.”

Elected by the world, the New7Wonders of Nature are: Amazon, Halong Bay, Iguazu Falls, Jeju Island, Komodo, Puerto Princesa Underground River, Table Mountain.
